SUMMARY OF TERMS OF BUSINESS

1) The Terms

All goods are sold subject to our standard terms and conditions ("the Terms"), copies of which have been supplied to the buyer. In placing orders, buyers acknowledge receipt of a copy of the Terms and fully accept the Terms in all respects.

2) Prices

Subject to the Terms, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to amend product prices and specifications without prior notice. All prices are exclusive of VAT.

3) Supplies & Returns

Goods correctly supplied may be returned only by prior agreement in writing within 16 days of receipt and are subject to a re-stocking charge of not less than 40% of the value of the order. Any balance will be credited to your account.

4) Payment

Payment is by cheque with order or cash prior to delivery/collection unless there is a Credit Account not lapsed through insufficient business or slow payment. Account customers may pay by cheque or BACS 30 days after the invoice date. Subject to the Terms, for delinquent accounts, we reserve the right to invoice the debtor prior to taking proceedings for interest, an administration charge, and any anticipated legal costs or other expenses incurred in subsequent collection through solicitors or agents.

5) After Sales Service

After Sales Service is applicable only to goods we have sold.

6) Claims

All goods are supplied on condition that they are inspected immediately on receipt. Claims under guarantee should be made strictly according to the terms of our guarantee provided with the goods and properly accepted by the buyer.

7) Title

Ownership of goods does not pass to the Buyer until complete payment has been made.

8) Terms

Where any of the above provisions appear to be inconsistent with the Terms, the latter shall prevail. Any variations on these Terms will only be binding when agreed in writing. Minimum order value for first order: £250; subsequent orders: £200.
